Mr. Fazle Khoda Md. Nazir joined as District and Sessions Judge, Rangpur on 04th March 2024. He is a member of 18th BCS (Judicial). His service id number is 1981118092.He obtained his LLB (Hons) in 1994 and LLM degree from Rajshahi University. His native district is Tangail. Earlier he worked as District and Sessions Judge, Sirajganj. He joined in Bangladesh Judicial Service on 24.06.1998 as a member of the 18th BCS (Judicial) Batch and served firstly as Assistant Judge in Rajshahi, Gaibandha and Naogaon district, as Senior Assistant Judge in Gopalganj and Jamalpur district and as Joint District and Sessions Judge in Jamalpur and Dhaka district. He later served as Additional District and Sessions judge in Sirajganj district and as Chief Judicial magistrate in Mymensingh district. Apart from these, he also served as a Judge in Nari-O-Shishu Nirjatan Daman Tribuna of Sirajganj district.
He participated in the 12th Basic Training Course on Judicial Administration in 1999, 26th Basic Training Course at BPATC at Savar, Dhaka in 2000,BRTC Special Light Driving Training Course under the management of BPATC in 2000, 68th Judicial Administration Training Course by Judicial Administration Training Institute in 2007, Special Training Course for Additional Chief Judicial Magistrates and Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrates from Judicial Administration Training Institute in 2007, One Month Certificate Course on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) organized by South Asian Institute of Advanced Legal and Human Rights Studies (SAILS) at Brac Centre, Rajendrapur, Gazipur in 2010 and Judicial Strengthening (JUST) Project 2013 on Role of Mediation and Better Case Management in Dispensation of Quality Justice in Civil Cases, Australia organized by Supreme Court of Bangladesh, two week short course (18.03.2018 to 31.03.2018) organized by Australia on Capacity Building of Law Division for Subordinate Judicial Management at Western University, Sydney, Australia. He also participated in a training course in National Judicial Academy, Bupal and Chatrishgar State Judicial Academy in India. During his career, he also travelled and trained abroad in Australia, Korea and India.
